Shipping And Returns

Our Return Policy It is our goal to offer the finest products in the world right here, on our Concord Seating Store. However we know that for whatever reason, things sometimes just don't work out. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 14 days and we'll refund the product's cost, less the shipping costs (both ways) and a 15% re-stocking fee. All we ask is that you keep all the original packaging and absorb the return shipping costs when sending the item back to us. As we work with multiple warehouses, we will reach out to you with the appropriate address for return.
Damages We offer money back or discount guarantee on all merchandise that is damaged in transit, however damage claims must be received within 24 hours of item arriving. All shipments must be accepted even if there is noticeable damage to box. Please let us know immediately by phone or email. Digital snapshots of the damages and also the packing/boxes are required for all damaged items so that we can understand how the damage occurred. Damage claims without documented images unfortunately will not be reviewed. We recommend you to upload the photos to your account. A replacement or refund (full or partial) will be granted based on damage severity.
Shipping & Handling For orders within the contiguous 48 US states, we offer complimentary shipping by either common carrier for large freight items, or FedEx and UPS depending on the details of the order. Shipping to HI, AK and PR will incur an additional shipping surcharge. Please note we will have to assess these orders manually for larger freight items as the additional charged may exceed $500. Our handling times vary by product. Each item is carefully packed and crated on freight items. Our handling times vary between 1 to 2 business days. The shipping time it takes to arrive to your home after item leaves our warehouse is an additional 1-7 business days depending on your proximity to our various warehouse locations. A tracking ID will be emailed to you on the day your order leaves our warehouse so that you may track the package yourself.
Handling Before placing your order, Please check the dimensions of hallways & doorways to ensure that your purchased item will fit into your home. We recommend you have help available to move the product into your home or business, since the shipping firms are not responsible for lifting and carrying products into the location. If you require inside delivery, please contact us for a rate. It is normal for packaging to show some wear & tear, but please carefully inspect the product for any damages that may have occurred during transit. Please note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for the package. Unless signed for, and noted on the delivery receipt, neither Concord Seating, nor the carrier is responsible for any damage. All damage claims must be reported to Concord Seating within 24 hrs, accompanied with photos for proof.
